As a chocolate enthusiast and a health-conscious consumer, I was really intrigued by the idea of a protein chocolate bar. I personally love dark chocolate, and the subtle sweetness from the coconut sugar is right up my alley. The added nutritional value is a huge plus, too!
The chocolate literally melts in your mouth, and the texture is just perfect. My personal favorite is the pistachio, although that’s definitely a matter of taste.
There are a couple of things I liked a little less. The price is definitely on the higher side, but I understand that you’re paying for premium, quality ingredients. And as they say, it’s better to spend a little more on good food now than on doctors later! 😂
I also wish the bars were a little thicker, but I understand that keeping them thinner helps keep the calorie count in check.
Overall, I absolutely love these bars and will definitely keep buying them. They’re a delicious way to satisfy my chocolate cravings while still feeling good about what I’m eating. Highly recommend!
I was a bit skeptical if the chocolate would indeed taste good. For my surprise it tastes amazing!! Favorite chocolate at the moment!! I want to see Marmels in every grocery store without losing it’s quality. Well done Marmels, you got a loyal customer.

The chocolate was really good! I especially liked the smooth flavors. The almond was my least favorite. Not sure what it was but it just didn’t jive with me. The company made it right though, so i would definitely make another purchase!

I’ve tried all of the refined-sugar free chocolate bars on the market. The pink salt is my favorite by far. Satisfying crunch each bite that turns soft like a warm Hershey’s. Great flavor and mouthfeel. The balanced macros on top of the taste makes it a perfect chocolate bar
I've tried every Marmels flavor now, and I can honestly say they've nailed it. I was already a fan of the original, but the new Pink Sea Salt, Almond, and Pistachio bars are all excellent in their own way. The Pink Sea Salt has the perfect balance of sweet and salty, the Almond adds a nice crunch and classic flavor, and the Pistachio is probably my favorite—it's rich, unique, and goes so well with the dark chocolate.
What keeps me coming back is that it doesn't taste like a typical protein bar or protein snack. It tastes like real, high-quality dark chocolate, but with 12g of protein and clean ingredients. No weird aftertaste, no chalky texture, just great chocolate that happens to be good for you.

This is quickly becoming my go-to chocolate. I have a piece every morning with a cup of espresso, and I absolutely love it. The clean ingredients were what drew me in, but what really surprised me is how sweet other chocolates taste now. Would prefer more protein, maybe double. Also, it's too bitter for my taste. I eat alot of dark chocolate, usually 70-72%. But this tasted more bitter to me.

Each bar contains 12g of protein from a blend of organic whey isolate and grass-fed collagen. We use whey isolate specifically a purer form with significantly less lactose than concentrate.
All dark chocolate is naturally high in fat — cocoa itself is rich in healthy fats. Milk chocolate typically has less fat because it swaps those fats for significantly more sugar. We'd rather keep the good fats.
We use bovine collagen peptides specifically Type I & III, the same types naturally found in skin, bones, and connective tissue. They're hydrolyzed for easy digestion and blend smoothly into the chocolate without affecting taste.
Yes to both. Marmels is gluten-free and made with non-GMO ingredients.
Not currently. Marmels contains whey isolate (dairy) and bovine collagen peptides. We're developing a plant-based dairy-free line... stay tuned.
