The Process

Why It Matters

Never dutch processed.

Alkalizing makes chocolate darker and milder, but it strips away flavanols and antioxidants. We skip it entirely, so what you taste is the bean as it was meant to be.

The Formulation

Then we do something different.

We build in a proprietary blend of grass-fed collagen and organic whey protein, sweetened only with organic coconut sugar. A rich, smooth dark chocolate with 12g of protein per bar and less sugar than traditional chocolate.
