The Source
It starts in Ecuador.
Our chocolate begins with single-origin organic cacao from Ecuador, a Neo-Nacional variety prized for its fudgy depth and soft floral notes.
The beans are organically grown, carefully fermented, and sun-dried before they ever reach us.

The Process
Kept close to the bean.
Our chocolate is never dutch processed, so it keeps more of its natural flavanols, antioxidants, and the complex flavor that alkalizing strips away.
We keep the ingredient list short and clean. No fillers, no shortcuts on the cacao itself.
The Formulation
Then we do something different.
We build in a proprietary blend of grass-fed collagen and organic whey protein, sweetened only with organic coconut sugar. A rich, smooth dark chocolate with 12g of protein per bar and less sugar than traditional chocolate.
