Shipping
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days depending on when the order is placed.
To avoid packages sitting in transit over the weekend, we currently ship orders Monday through Thursday. This helps ensure your order arrives within the intended 2–3 day delivery window and maintains product quality.
Summer Shipping Schedule (May-September) Summer Shipping Schedule (May-September) During warmer months, we ship orders Monday through Thursday only, with a cutoff of 3 PM PST on Thursday. This schedule is intentional - we never want your bars sitting in a parcel locker, mailbox, or on a front porch over a hot weekend. Orders placed after the Thursday cutoff will ship the following Monday. Thank you for understanding; it's how we make sure every bar arrives the way it was meant to be eaten.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at hello@marmels.com within 3 days of delivery and include your order number. Our team will review the issue and do our best to make it right.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@marmels.com

The expiry date printed on the side of the individual bars
We will immediately open a trace with the courier. If the product is deemed not consumable, we will issue a replacement once the courier trace is completed.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it.
Orders may begin processing immediately or up to 48 hours after they are placed. If you would like to request a cancellation, please email hello@marmels.com as soon as possible with your order number, and we will check the status of your order.
